How do I get to Messe Frankfurt?

When will I receive my badge?
If you register before April, you will receive your badge by post approximately 2 weeks before the show. If registering closer to the event, you will receive the badge via PDF or email. You will also be able to add your ticket to your Apple or Google wallet via the visitor hub.
What if I don't receive my badge before the show?
When you register you will be sent a confirmation email. This email contains your barcode. Simply save the barcode and bring it with you to the show where we will print you another badge.
If you forget your code, just provide your name at the registration desk and we will locate your registration details to print your entry badge.
What happens if I need a Visa Letter?
If you need a Visa Letter to attend Tech Show Frankfurt, you will need to complete our application form once you have registered in your Visitor Hub, with some details and we will process for you.
Please note:
- We no longer accept visa requests via email
- You must have already registered to apply as the portal is only accessible with your registration details
- We do not accept registrations from private addresses, you must register under a company domain
Can children or dogs enter the show?
As a professional networking environment, we kindly ask that attendees do not bring children or dogs to the event. Assistance dogs are permitted.
Are students allowed to attend?
Yes, student access is permitted on Day 2 only (Thursday, 7 May 2026). We kindly ask all student attendees to be respectful of the event's professional environment and the business objectives of our exhibitors and delegates.
Tech Show Frankfurt is a business-to-business (B2B) trade event, designed primarily for professionals working in the technology industry. As such, the content and networking opportunities are tailored to industry practitioners and may not be suitable for students seeking general career guidance or educational experiences.
