Our certification services are conducted in accordance with several key standards for the data center industry:

EN 50600 is a comprehensive European standard for data centers that defines requirements for planning, building, and managing their infrastructure, including power supply and cooling systems.

BREEAM New Construction for data centers is a holistic sustainability assessment method that evaluates a wide range of impacts related to procurement, design, and construction. BREEAM certifies buildings that go beyond regulatory requirements by contributing to environmental protection, occupant comfort, and human health. Credits are awarded across the following categories:

• Energy – operational energy use and CO₂ emissions
• Management – management policy, commissioning, site management, and procurement
• Health & Wellbeing – indoor and external factors such as noise, light, and air quality
• Transport – transport-related CO₂ emissions and location-related factors
• Water – consumption and efficiency, inside and outside the building
• Materials – embodied impacts of building materials, including lifecycle carbon
• Waste – construction resource efficiency and operational waste minimisation
• Land Use – type of site and building footprint
• Pollution – external air and water pollution
• Ecology – ecological value, conservation, and enhancement of the site
