The Gemels NVQD series are compact stainless steel quick couplings specifically engineered for liquid cooling systems in Data Center environments. Designed for high-pressure, small-bore applications, the NVQD fills the need for miniaturized connections in dense server cooling architectures where space constraints and connection reliability are paramount.

Available in DN3, with a maximum working pressure of PN16 (1.6 MPa), the NVQD series is offered in two connection configurations:

• SAE 6 Male — 7/16-20 UNF thread (male half)
• G 1/4 Male — BSP parallel thread (female half)

The male body has an outer diameter of 16.1 mm with an 8 mm bore, while the female body measures 19.5 mm outer diameter with a total coupled length of 25 mm — making this one of the most compact quick coupling solutions in the Gemels Data Center range.
