By integrating its own design office and tooling workshop, Gindre controls every step of the process — from die design and manufacturing to final product industrialisation — ensuring full compliance with each customer's dimensional, electrical, chemical and mechanical requirements.

Every copper profile is developed against a precise technical specification, covering copper grade, geometry, mechanical and electrical properties, and surface finish. This made-to-order approach allows Gindre to address the most complex cross-sections and configurations.

Available surface treatments include tinning, silver plating and nickel plating. Profiles can also be supplied with insulation or assembled into sub-components.
