Amesteris Amin is the Lead for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Germany at Munich Re and covering the company’s official representative for equal treatment and anti-discrimination since September 2023. With a background in Business Administration, she spent seven years in Barcelona and built a 17 year career within the Volkswagen Group across SEAT, Audi, CARIAD, and MAN Truck & Bus - transitioning from the business and procurement into change leadership with a dedicated focus on DEI. Born in Iran and raised in Germany, she brings a strong multicultural perspective and is passionate about creating inclusive cultures where people can thrive, leveraging technology and diverse thinking to drive meaningful transformation.
