Anastasios Fountis earned a BSc in Physics (U of Athens, GR & FU Berlin, D), an MBA (ALBA, GR), a PhD ( National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”) and a DBA (U of Atlanta, GA, USA). Harvard Alumnus (HKS-NIS 2014 & Higher Education Teaching Certificate, GSAS) & INSEAD Alumnus (MAP; Promotion 10F). 25 years of experience in B2B general management, strategic marketing, supply chain and sales of industrial minerals and chemicals. His work has enabled him to have several assignments in the European, Asian and American markets. Throughout his career, he has held the roles of Managing Director of an industrial joint venture in China, Member of Supervisory Board-State Representative of the European Chamber of Commerce in China and is a Member of the Board Advisors in Arcturus, an AI-powered research and intelligence firm (Austin, TX - USA). He is a Fellow of The Academy of Political Science (NY, USA), a Member of the Cybernetics Society in UK, Member of the American Association for Ukrainian Studies (NY,USA) and Marshall Memorial Fellow (2003), GMFUS. As an academic, he lectured in Germany, India, USA and Ukraine. He is author and co-author of books (incl. Springer Nature) and published several articles in scientific peer-reviewed journals (incl. Scopus, Web of Science, ABDC).
