Andrea is a Business Resilience Manager at Allianz Global Investors (AGI), where she leads Global Incident and Crisis Management within the Digital Risk and Resilience department. Her mandate spans incident governance, crisis coordination and resilience-by-design – helping one of the world's leading investment management firms anticipate systemic risk across digital ecosystems and respond to complex disruptions in an increasingly sophisticated threat landscape. Andrea is particularly focused on advancing automation in incident management and embedding AI into enterprise resilience frameworks in a controlled, risk-informed manner. Her perspective is clear: innovation without guardrails is exposure; innovation with governance is a competitive advantage. She is currently deepening her technical expertise through part-time graduate studies in Systems Engineering and Cybersecurity at Harvard Extension School. Andrea advocates for AI-resilient organisations where emerging technologies are embraced with informed caution, end-to-end accountability and a culture of responsible adoption. She believes that sustainable resilience starts with empowered people and sound, risk-aware leadership.
