Christine Fahlberg is CISO at Swisscard AECS GmbH and Founder of Your Next Level GmbH. She is known for a pragmatic, business-oriented approach that combines technical precision with a clear focus on security culture and organisational development. Christine was awarded the Cybersecurity Excellence Award at the Swiss CISO Awards 2025. The jury particularly recognised her ability to embed cybersecurity as a shared responsibility across the entire organisation: from board-level training to deepfake simulations and gamified awareness campaigns. As a speaker at the Global Cyber Conference 2025, she participated in the panel “Resilience by Design – CISO Perspectives”, discussing how resilience is built through governance, culture, and architectural decisions. She is an active member of the Women in Digital Switzerland community and advocates for diversity and women’s access to the cybersecurity industry.
