Plays a key role in training and mentoring new engineers and technicians, supporting workforce development in high-demand, high-responsibility environments. Holds the Uptime Institute Accredited Tier Specialist certification. Expertise encompasses power distribution systems, precision cooling, backup generators, and environmental monitoring, ensuring the highest standards of fault tolerance and redundancy.
