Emma is Senior Manager Innovation & Digital Ecosystems at eco – Association of the Internet Industry. As an experienced project manager and digital transformation expert, she led the Gaia-X Federation Services (GXFS) project, delivering open-source solutions for secure, sovereign data spaces and contributing to the Eclipse Foundation. She now leads the FACIS project, driving flexible data ecosystems across cloud and edge, with a strong focus on sovereignty, security, interoperability, and open source.
