Harald Erb has been working at Snowflake Computing since 2018, where he supports leading companies as a Principal Solutions Engineer both conceptually and hands-on in modernizing and advancing their data and analytics platforms. Prior to this, during his 25-year career in IT, he held roles at Oracle and Pentaho/Hitachi Vantara as a Solutions Architect, Project Manager, Consultant, and Sales Engineer, working on numerous customer projects across the DACH and EMEA regions (across industries and in the public sector). His areas of focus include data engineering and data architectures that enable cross-functional teams - from experimentation to data products - to collaborate with data in the cloud. He is also a regular speaker at Snowflake events and other conferences, as well as an author of various technical and blog articles.
