Jean A. Boni, Founder of Smainos (Smart AI Innovation Solutions), empowers SMEs with strategic AI solutions, drawing on 15+ years of experience in manufacturing and automotive industries. His career spans technical innovation, intrapreneurial ventures, and executive leadership. As former Head of Automation & Industrial IT at ALD, he drove departmental transformation through innovation management, cybersecurity resilience, and elevated software quality. During his 10+ years at Bosch, he developed embedded software, vehicle propulsion and telematics systems, and led cross-continental teams for Volkswagen Group (Audi, Porsche) clients. Jean holds an electronics engineering degree from Vienna University of Applied Sciences.
