2025 Speakers

Martin Jänicke and his team work closely together with all ZEISS segments to create fully operational Machine Learning products that drive business success for ZEISS. Coming from academic research in Self-adaptive Machine Learning systems, Martin started his career as a Senior Data Scientist at AUDI, where he applied ML- and AI- algorithms to vehicle functions. He then took the position of a Software Development Lead in a Startup, that focused on AI-supported Change Processes at scale. Martin now leads the ZEISS AI Accelerator team, with whom he pushes the boundaries of AI infused products and service innovations for ZEISS.
