Martin Jänicke and his team work closely together with all ZEISS segments to create fully operational AI-products that drive business success for ZEISS. Coming from academic research in Self-adaptive ML systems, Martin started his career as a Senior Data Scientist at AUDI, where he applied ML- and AI- algorithms to vehicle functions. He then took the position of a Software Development Lead in a Startup, that focused on Gen-AI-supported Change Processes at scale. Martin then changed into the Head of AI Products role ZEISS, where he pushes the boundaries of AI infused products and service innovations for ZEISS.
