At PepsiCo, I am at the helm of enterprise-wide business transformation and strategic partnership development—leading global go-to-market strategies, scaling partner ecosystems, and cultivating growth opportunities that deliver top-line impact and long-term value creation. I work closely with C-level executives to reimagine business models, modernize operations, and embed innovation at scale. Previously, I served as a key leader within Ericsson’s Transform Business Consulting practice, advising global communications service providers on their technology and operational roadmaps. At Sony Pictures Entertainment, I led multiple enterprise transformation programs under the “One Sony” initiative, pioneering immersive production technologies through Sony Innovation Studios.
