Noha Salama is a senior technology leader with over two decades of experience driving enterprise transformation across cloud, data, and AI. She has held strategic leadership roles at Red Hat, Oracle, Google Cloud, Fastly and NetApp, where she has worked with global enterprises to modernise infrastructure and unlock business value from emerging technologies. As Germany Chapter Director of Women in Tech® – Global Movement, Noha is a recognised voice on inclusive leadership and the future of work. Her current focus is on the rise of Agentic AI and its impact on organisational design, decision-making, and accountability. Combining a background in Computer Science and an MBA in International Business, Noha brings both technical depth and commercial perspective. She is a multi-year delegate to the UN Commission on the Status of Women and collaborates with organisations such as UN Women Germany, Frauen in die Aufsichtsräte and European Women on Boards to advance ethical governance in the age of AI.
