Petya Dasheva is the Head of Enterprise Data & AI at Mercedes-Benz AG since 2024, driving data-driven strategies and AI solutions with her extensive expertise. Holding a master’s in computer science, her career at Mercedes-Benz began through an international talent program. Her experience includes leading a software development team for MB.OS. Prior to that, she managed various IT teams and held IT architecture positions in cloud, client, and data centre areas. Known for her agile approach, she is also a dedicated advocate for women in technology, serving as a Global Ambassador for the Women in Tech Network.
