Richard is responsible for the Data Strategy, Data Governance, and the transformation of Lufthansa Cargo into a Data Driven Company. This includes establishing a true Data Culture and strengthening the organization’s Data Literacy. He has more than 12 years of experience as a project manager and change driver for IT-related topics in the Revenue Accounting, Finance & Controlling and Insurance divisions of the Lufthansa Group.
