Roman Valovic is a Senior Software Engineer at GoodData, responsible for designing and developing AI-driven prototypes and proof of concept solutions for analytical use cases. He focuses on applying state-of-the-art approaches in machine learning, natural language processing, and data-driven automation to enhance GoodData's analytics platform, working within a small innovation team to rapidly translate emerging technologies into reliable, production-ready AI capabilities for global customers.

Alongside his work at GoodData, Roman conducts research and teaches at Mendel University in Brno, Czech Republic, specialising in applied AI, text mining, and data science, helping to bridge experimental methods with real-world analytical systems.
