I have a proven track record in transforming, scaling and managing large, distributed organisations operating in complex regulatory environments. With a legacy of scaling engineering teams and managing complex transformations, I excel at integrating strategic thinking with hands-on expertise in AI, DevOps and cloud solutions. Over the last 15 years, I have built and led engineering teams in financial services and insurance, cloud infrastructure and start-ups. I have also contributed to global communities such as the Linux Foundation and the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF), co-authored several research papers on AIOps and decision making, and spoken at some of the world's biggest stages.
