With over a decade of experience in the Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) industry, Tarek has built a diverse and dynamic career across key roles including quality management, product management, and technical sales. Currently, Tarek leads the technical team for the ESS business unit at Samsung SDI, with a focus on delivering reliable Lithium-ion batteries for Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), Utility and Residential markets. Under Tarek leadership, the technical team is responsible for delivering expert support across pre-sales engineering and after-sales services, ensuring technical excellence and strong customer engagement throughout every stage of the project lifecycle.
