Adoption lives or dies on trust, narrative and behaviour. Do employees believe AI is here to help them – or replace them? Does leadership model the curiosity they demand from others? Are people allowed to experiment without fear of judgment? And do the infrastructure and guardrails even allow for safe experimentation?
