In this talk, I’ll share how we built a machine learning solution inside a Security Operations Center—focusing on how AI can support analysts by predicting how likely an alert is to be a false positive, allowing them to focus their expertise where it’s truly needed. I’ll also touch on how we started our AI journey, the strategy we used to identify potential use cases, and how we selected the ones worth pursuing.
