AI is in the highlight of many digital strategies, and rightfully so. There are amazing cost benefits and potential with this technology. However, many companies are unable to use AI in an efficient manner. In this presentation, we layout how we digitalize business processes within Pfizer to allow us to introduce AI to the users in an efficient manner. Through this digitalize process, we have drastically reduced the time taken for certain business processes. At the same time, we have been able to improve on other metrics such as data integrity and user experience.
