FAQ
Do I need a visa to attend the event in Germany?
Depending on your nationality, a Schengen short-stay visa (Type C) may be required to travel to Germany for business events. Please check with your local German embassy or visit the Federal Foreign Office website to verify your visa requirements.
Can I request a visa invitation letter from the organiser?
Yes. We provide official visa support letters to registered participants once your request form has been submitted and your attendance confirmed.
Who can request a visa letter?
Visa letters are available to confirmed attendees, exhibitors, speakers, and press. You must complete our visa support form with all required information before we can issue your letter.
How long does it take to receive the letter?
Visa letters are typically issued via email within 5 - 7 business days. During busier periods, please allow up to 10 business days.
In what format will I receive the letter?
All visa letters are sent as PDF files via email. We do not issue stamped or signed hard copies, and we do not courier documents.
Will you send my letter directly to the German embassy?
No. The letter is provided to you. You are responsible for including it in your own visa application.
Does the invitation letter guarantee that my visa will be approved?
No. The letter supports your application, but the decision is made solely by the German embassy or consulate in your country.
Can you assist if my visa is denied?
We are unable to liaise with embassies or intervene in individual visa decisions. Refunds for travel or visa-related costs will not be issued in the event of denial.
