EXHIBITING
How do I register my team for Exhibitor Badges?
Login details will be emailed to you.
What’s the difference between build-up/breakdown passes and exhibitor badges?
-
Build-Up & Breakdown Passes allow access during stand setup and dismantling.
-
Exhibitor Badges are valid during show open days.
-
Delegate Passes (for conference sessions & exhibition) are free for end-users or may be chargeable for vendors.
Please note: Build-up and breakdown passes are for contractors, stand builders and anyone who requires access into the halls during setup and dismantling periods, while exhibitor badges are for staff working on your stand during show days only.
Will my badge be posted to me?
Exhibitor badges will not be physically mailed out. Your print-at-home PDF badges will be emailed to you two weeks prior to the show. You can also collect badges on-site during the second day of build-up (5th May) or from the registration area during the official show dates.
How can I get involved in Sponsorship Opportunities?
If you’re looking to increase brand visibility, align with our content themes, or connect with key decision-makers, Tech Show Frankfurt offers a range of sponsorship opportunities.
Please contact your Sales Associate to discuss options.
Do we sell our data to third parties?
No — Tech Show Frankfurt and CloserStill Media do not sell exhibitor or visitor data to third parties. Any emails offering attendee lists or data for sale are fraudulent. If you receive one, please ignore it and forward the message to germantech@closerstillmedia.com so we can report it.

When will the Exhibitor Zone (E-Zone) be available?
The Exhibitor Zone (E-Zone) will be open from February, until just after the show in May.

What should I wear during build-up and breakdown?
How do I register contractors or stand builders?
All stand contractors and anyone involved in build-up or breakdown must complete the Build & Breakdown Pass Form before arriving onsite.
Once registered, each contractor will receive a confirmation email, which can be printed or shown on a mobile device upon arrival. This confirmation must then be exchanged for a build-up/breakdown wristband with venue security at the access points.
Please note that this process is separate from the Exhibitor Registration Form used for exhibitor staff badges.
